What areas do you cover?

We cover parts of Bedfordshire and North Hertfordshire. This includes Biggleswade, Sandy, Potton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth, Langford, Stotfold, Buntingford, Baldock, Bedford, Ampthill, Flitwick, Royston, Welwyn Garden City and the surrounding areas. We can travel outside these areas but it is dependent on the travel time.

Is there a call out fee?

No. However, if we incur any parking costs to visit you we do ask that you cover this.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. We have a minimum of £35 at full price before any discount is added.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

Your therapist will bring everything needed for your treatment but depending on your treatment, a few basics will need to be provided by you. See below what you will need for each treatment.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made by cash or card to your therapist on the day of your treatment or by a bank transfer prior to your treatment. Cards we accept are mastercard, maestro and visa.

Can I cancel my booking and will I be charged?

You can amend or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your treatment. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full service fee and this will automatically be debited from your payment method used to make the booking.

What are your business hours?

We operate during week days, weekends and bank holidays (Excluding Christmas and New Year). Monday-Friday 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 Sundays and bank holidays 10:00 - 18:00
